the colors are different on the website than the little banner you posted. I'm assuming what's on the site is how it will look?
 
Do the still here snapback fit like a new era or more like starter/michell ness? The round shape of the brim on the new era don't fit me well
 
The colors are very vivid, don't let the photos on the website throw you off, they are still bright and poppy!!

These actually fit more like the Mitchell and Ness' hats. Although it may be hard to tell, we used a more squared brim (because we prefer how it fits). If for whatever reason you get a hat and aren't happy with how it fits your head, just send it back and we'd be happy to refund you, no questions asked!
 
I recently placed an order ( a week ago) and i haven't recieved any conformation or info on the order. I don't know if it has shipped yet so what should i do?
 
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends, unless you were notified (i.e. an out of stock item, etc). If you could send an email to my personal inbox (miles@m-elihu.com) with your full name, PayPal email, and complete address I'd be happy to check the status for you along with the tracking number.
 
Miles was cool enough to ship mine out a bit early after talking to him since I'm heading out of town and this hat is definitely even better than last summers snapbacks! The fit is on point along with the quality but the Aztec pattern is my favorite part, so stoked on the colors and pattern!

This should help with the hoodie sizing. Just about all the hoodies are gone, and you can expect for the rest to be completely sold out in the next few days. They won't last long, and won't be remade. $22.00 is hard to beat for a cut and sew, 100% organic cotton, tall fit hoodie too!

You can also expect many more products released much more often starting this summer, and into the fall. We definitely would love to release products on a weekly/monthly basis if possible, but as a small company, it can unfortunately be hard to do that in some situations.
 
yo miles, just one suggestion in terms of the hoodie. its needs longer arms i think. just an inch longer would be perfect.

when i would wear it skiing, the sleeves would barely come down to the cuff on my glove.

maybe i have longer arms then normally but i havent noticed this problem with any other hoodies from various companies.

love the hoodie nonetheless.
 
In all honesty the picture doesn't really do it justice on the colors in my eyes, it definitely appears brighter in person and looks good with pretty much everything I wear

weird, I got my confirmation a couple hours after placing an order. didn't process until today but I still got it.

I emailed you on monday about returning my product for a smaller size and I pmed you about it three days ago. I'm just wondering whats going on because I would like to return my hoodie for a size L.

I'm really tempted to snag a hat, but you said they fit like starters, which do not fit my head at all :(. Like unless they are pretty deep I don't know if its even worth giving it a shot.

What is the return policy? I kinda want to get one because they look awesome but wouldn't want toget stuck with it if it doesn't fit well

The return policy is pretty simple: if you aren't happy for whatever reason, we'd be more than happy to return/exchange/refund the product for you. Hey man, just got my hat In today, and it definitely fits deeper than a starter snapback. Great job again miles. This is my 3rd hat and I definitely see improvement on each one with this being my favorite so far
 
Unfortunately, I'm going to keep that a secret, but I can confidentially say that what is coming down the pipeline both with summer, and future collections (hint, athletics) will continue to keep everyone excited!
 
just got my still here snapback. the fit is spot on, not too shallow or too deep. fits as a snapback should! got here super fast as well!

Hey, I'm looking at the vests and I was wondering what fit would be best for street wear but still big enough to maybe get over a coat, if that even would work. I am 6'1 180 lbs with a medium build if that helps. Thanks a bunch!
 
A large would most likely fit you the best for a streetwear size. You'll still have some room to cinch it down, and wear it over a hoodie/jacket if you want too as well! If for whatever reason you get a large, and decide you need a smaller/larger size, just email us and we'd be more than happy to exchange it for you free of charge!
 
placed my order march 9th. No confirmation what so ever, no shipping information, 4 emails later, no answer, no nothing! sad. Was stoked to rock my vest, now spring season is over.... :(
 
Not really relevant to the discussion, but I just wanted to say that the quality and fit of your shirts is awesome. The shirt below is actually one of my favorite shirts, I wear it like every other day. Keep up the good work!

This is some of the worst customer service ever... I shipped my hoodie back to them 3 weeks ago and they told me that they got it and were sending a smaller size, but Its been two weeks since then. They haven't replied to my emails or anything.. I am starting to think I just wasted $30...
