Well.... I spent 100 bucks on gear (including shipping), 9th of march.... Was hoping to rock the gear the rest of my spring season. Heh.. still waiting for my gear. Please know that I have been doing business with them earlier, where everything went smoothly. #believe
 
If you're able to email me personally (miles@m-elihu.com) I can check the status of your package for you. We've shipped all orders up to date, however I can definitely get you a tracking number if you send your order number/name.
 
I do think you are getting this wrong. Of course I have been trying to reach them on that mail. I just find it weird that they are talking on here like everything is solved, when the fact is that I among others are still waiting for our stuff. As a matter of fact I have been patiently waiting since the 9th of march for my gear. I will not give any details on our communication, because that is between me and the company. All I can say is that I am not happy at this moment.
 
Thats what it seems. Im as well still waiting on stuff I ordered over a month ago. Pretty much lost hope. Whatever.
 
I was stoked on the quality of customer service I received so I hope you guys' stuff gets figured out
 
I got extremely fast service when asking for the sample still here snapback instead of the production one. Got it in the mail a few days after discussing.

I'm thinking he is out on vacation or something, considering he hasn't even logged into NS for a week or so
 
Yea... I was promised a refund and a free hat a few days ago, I was supposed to be refunded yesterday but I still haven't received it as of yet even though he told me that I was issued a refund...Anyway ill be lucky to even get the refund for my hoodie that I lost to them over a two months ago...
 
Still have yet to get the product I ordered in early April, even after emailing them a few times... Super disappointed right now
 
To all those who have recently posted:

I want to apologize about the delays with shipping and processing orders; an overwhelming number of orders, and being out of the country have caused much longer delays than originally anticipated. Due to this as well, dozens of emails have been sent, causing the entire process to slow down (replying to customers). This by no means is how I intend to run a business, and am doing all in my power to rectify the situation. All orders have been shipped in the last week (even if our webstore says otherwise), and those who have been waiting more than a week for their order to ship/process can expect a product or two in their package free of charge; hats, vests, hoodies, etc. Along with this, if you are a customer who did experience a delay, your account will be credited towards a future purchase.

I ordered a shirt in early May and it never came, but I just got an email saying it was shipped. Given how M. Elihu seems to be a little busy, its all good now.
 
Fall is around the corner, and we've spent most of the summer off of NewSchoolers preparing an all new website, our best ever lookbook, and updated content for M Elihu.Expect to see previews of our upcoming range of products throughout the next month, starting today with all new headwear.

So i ordered the vest and a tee and they took a little longer than last time to get here. However when i opened the package, a pair of socks that have yet to be released were in the package! Needless to say, they are great quality and comfy. I think it's awesome that m elihu hooks it up so fat! Thank you! Can't say enough good things about this company. And if you guys are wondering whether or not you should get the socks when they drop, do it!
 
The henley looks great, I'm exited for it. I also forgot to mention how sick the vest is. The fit is nice and tall, the quality is there, and the blue looks even sicker in person than it did on the website. Oh and it was only a fraction of the price of vests from other ski brands! Keep up the good work guys

Included in this collection, we'll have henleys, flannels, and shirts, all under the $30 pricepoint (look for a detailed response as to why this is being done shortly).

Also, you can expect an accessories release later this week - stay tuned!
 
Unfortunately the mistake was made to release one of two copies to the site that is in the works... The copy that was accessed isn't final, but is a rough template we're working off for our new site.

For those who are curious, you can expect our full site (including store, with new products) to be live in the next week. Apologies in advance about the down time!
 
Is anyone else still waiting on their orders?Mines at 5 months and havent had any replies to the emails I sent.

PayPal is still being added to the site (this is an entirely new platform vs. our previous webstore), however if using a credit card isn't an option, you can still pay with PayPal, you just have to email us. The following link has more information: Click Here (Under "What Payment Methods Are Accepted?")
 
Many, many more products are still coming over the next few months (by far than we've ever made before). All of these are cut and sew garments, and all of which are by far better than anything we've made in the past.
