some of those were just boss people not so much luck, like the cliff drop, the motorbike riders, the carchase driver and the subaru rally driver 2 wheeling round the corner in that they have been in the game long enough to know what to do when they get into a sitch like that.
 
The bank robbery one when the robbers run to the get away car, the cops fly up right in front of them, then run inside. Priceless!
 
watch it closer, you can see that its fake with the cops just sitting there. watch where they come from...

Yup I caught on to that too, they were just waiting there before the guys even came out.
And the tire shot at the end was awesome, that could probably never had more than once.
