Lucid Dreaming

Does anyone practice this or has ever had one? I had one last night it was reallly intense. If you dont no what it is its essentially a state of sleep where you know you are sleeping and you can control your dreams.

i try and i try but it just doest seem to work, i think there is a cult with all kinds of info about it though

yea it apparently takes several months to learn, but i also read that if u try to have one most likely you will not, just let it come to you.

yea mine was that i was walking around a city made of jello and glass and everything i touvhed either shattered or became liquid

sounds sick.

i had a scary dream last night, i woke up and was hella freaked out but didnt remember shit about the dream.

its sick. this one time i was like, "if this i can actually control my dreams right now, i will touch my face." and i could actually touch my face. i then played handball in gym class lol

I take melatonin every night to help me sleep and it makes it really easy to have lucid dreams. I can essentially dream while I'm awake if I take it a couple hours before I try to go to bed.

And melatonin isn't some hard drug for sleeping. It's a chemical naturally produced in your brain during sleep and is used to help you sleep, dream, and control your sleep-wake cycle. I love it.

shitty dream last night. a towel cabinet in my house was cursed and had a witch possessing it. fucked up shit. me and my dad pwned it tho. there are books that you can use to do exercises and they will do certain things to you. fucked up shit.

ive been wondering about this for a long time actually, because i dont it a lot. the easiest way is to get really high, turn on gentle music, i like dub, and relax into your mind. but in doing that enough times ive kinda learned how. basically its getting over a comfort line of being inside your head, hard to explain but its true
