Who else on NS shares my love for Asian food?

Love it all, from Indian to Japanese but in particular I like (cook) the following:

Dim Sum (generally for dinner not brunch):

Thai (best trip of my life)

Chicken with Chilis

Thai Beef Salad

Had some Banh mi for lunch yesterday, eating dumplings now, dreaming of moar later.
