I would never reserve tickets for a movie. Thats like people standing for days outside of a theater waiting for the latest starwars movie. Just wait until the theater isnt crammed.

 
I went Wednesday night @ 8. The theatre was packed even though it was the second showing. During 'and now our feature presentation' I yelled 'Lord of the Rings Sucks!' and the nerds were like 'MeeeHHhhEEee!!!'

I also yelled 'Get em Gandalf, kick Picards ass. Star Trek sucks!' during the Xmen 2 preview.

I saw it at like 3 on wednesday. No school because of an ice storm. Then it rained the rest of the day closing the local ski resort. At least the movie was tight. Especially when Legolas flips onto that horse. And the shield. Its snowing. YAY.

Legolas riding the stairs was tight.

I was pished that they removed the 2nd duel between Saruman and Gandalf and that they added the crap about the elves helping at the battle of Fells Keep. But all in all, the movie kicked ass. Now all I have to do is make it one more year to 'Return of the King.'

I can't wait to see how they do the scene where Gollum takes the ring from Frodo and plunges into the fire at Mt Doom. Anyone have any ideas on how they are going to do Gondar and Aragorn's coronation (teasers, spoilers, anything)?

ehh- my friend just dragged me to see it and it actually wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. i mean, i cant really watch anything gory, so i was closing my eyes and singing to myself the whole time, but it was alright :) (not to mention, the elves were pretty hot ;) )

i saw it last night. got home at 1 am, got to bed around 2, got up at 7 to go skiing. it was a great movie, for sure. legolas riding down the steps, quality stuff there. i laughed through the ents destroying isengard, hahaha one of the ents booted an orc like a football, hahaha. i wasn't happy about where they ended the movie though, there was like another hour easily of footage that shouldve been in it. the book ends with...wait i won't ruin it for those who haven't read it and are waiting for the return of the king movie...overall, great movie though
