Lost both screws on my TW fulltilts

I don't understand, in less than 10 times wearing those boots, i lost both screws that holds the cuff spoiler and the power strap.. is that even normal? I don't see any replacement screws in the pack they give you when you buy them either. Love the boots, but it kinda sucks when these little things happen. Probably going to try to find a normal screw that does the job but yeah, I wanted to know if i"m the only one with this problem. Thanks

Wow the lift line this year has had so many little issues, call their customer service, they'll hook u up, I've had 5 buckles break on my descendants and they've sent me more every time, it's good they notice there is an issue, but they really should fix it
 
Happened to me too on the same exact boot same year. After one day of shredding.
 
Happened to my girlfriend a few weeks back. Quick trip to the hardwear store bought the exact screw and washer. Just put some loctite in the socket when you fix it
