Lose Weight

You must be a first year wrestler cause cutting 3 lbs in 4 days is seriously not even an issue. In one hardcore workout you can drop 5 lbs in water weight. Just eat small, spaced meals and run alot the night before. Don't drink anything the morning of your meet. You can even be a pound or two over the night before (you'll lose it while you sleep). Trust me, this should not even be an issue.
