I’ve got about 100 days in my ski boots and they always fit perfectly fine but I just got on some Vishnu wets and been swerving and buttering around a lot on them in the last 10 days and I noticed my boot been slowly getting looser and looser till I have the latches maxed out and it’s Still really loose but regardless I’m pretty gonna go to the ski shop later today or tomorrow just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

If you have to put the buckle on the tightest position of the toothplate, then you are in a boot that is too big. 100%
You may have thought they fit you in the past, but they unfortunately didn't.
Go see a proper boot fitter who will assess your foot & leg and find you the boot that best matches you and your needs.
