Who wants to shred? I'll be around during Thanksgiving break, the second half of December, and most of January. It's been two years since I've had the knees to ski when Loon's been open and I'm fucking stoked.

Today was pretty sweet with the addition of North Peak.

Good coverage throughout

Sounds like they are planning to add a bunch of open terrain for the weekend. It definitely looked like they had enough guns blazing to make that happen, Should about the best option in New England this weekend,

Anyone skiing tomorrow? I'm flying solo so totally down to hit a couple runs with someone.

I'll be up a lot this season, I don't really know too many skiers from Loon so PM sometime if you want to ride some weekend. I hear LMP should be up soon so I'm excited for that once I get back skiing.

Today was fucking dope. LMP is looking the best I've seen it (early season wise) in the last 3 years. Not only is there a wide variety of rails but the two jumps, mainly the second, is fucking dope. Too bad the binding on my skis broke and the binding ripped out of my backup skis. Looks like Ill be back there after Christmas.

Missing loon to much. From what I've seen it better than Brighton right mm ow. At least for park

anyone see me running man/roll the windows way the fuck down off of the Jersey barrier the other day?

I think every skier who's tried to air off it has done that, honestly.

I've done it a few times before I got the speed down.

Went today. Park hasn't changed but it looks like the rest of LMP and Springboard will be opening up pretty soon, they were busting ass on it today. The snow tomorrow night should help as well.

That's really good to hear, there were some rumors that Springboard wasn't going to be a park this year.

Visibility was pretty shitty, I saw some rails from the top and bottom of the trail but I couldn't tell much else. It really does drive me nuts, these major resorts closing both parks on a weekend. Shit is bad business.

Looks like springboard will be open tomorrow and main park will be in a few days. So that's not bad...

I'll be up wednesday if anyone else wants to get a beer or take run!

If only I didnt have a pesky job keeping me from the midweek shred =(

Springboard is money. First set: Flat box and un-bow tube (inverted U). Second set: Flat bar and down bar. Third set: Skullcandy tube and hitching post. Then, first jump, about 10 feet off the bigger lip. Second jump, about 12 feet off the bigger lip. Third jump (the best by far), 20 feet to sweet spot and more of a stepover instead of a stepdown like the first two jumps. There's a flat double-barrel next to the second jump, the flat-drop-flat tube from the rail jam next to the third, and the DFD mailbox tube set up as a FUF after that. Capping things off is a super fun bowl/quarterpipe. I'm hoping they put some stalls or rails on the top of it.
