That's the only good deal I could find, I figured I'd look even though I live in Salt Lake. Keep on looking around though new spots open up frequently on ksl. If you're ever in slc skiing beforehand or something look around the area for the red signs. There's usually spots for rent/sale that never go up on ksl.

The south suburbs of SLC (Sandy, Midvale, Cottonwood Heights, etc) are a very short drive to LCC and the apartments are fairly cheap. Check apartment listing website, craigslist, etc.
