The Volkl Bridge was rated as the best all-mountain twin tip in 2010 by Freeskiier magazine... should be what your looking for.
 
Just going to bump this up and add some info. My other skis were 171, and I still plan to hit up a lot of park and jumps this season, but still stiff enough for pow and some back country.
 
stiff and pow dont NECESSARILY go together...it depends on your style I guess, but unless you are charging straight down steep shit then IMO I find softer flexier skis to be more fun and manuverable in powder...
