Looking for housemates in Portland this summer

Small house in SW Portland (Terwilliger Blvd), not the most interesting neighborhood but a very chill place. Perks include a garden, rides to Timberline 2-3 days a week over the summer, and other very attractive perks not to be mentioned on the internet. rent is $350/month, drop me a message if you're interested and you can come by and check it out.
 
How many bedrooms, what's the deal on parking, and pets? Are you moving after the summer, Ethan?
 
Two bedrooms are open right now, possibly a few more when the guy downstairs moves out in a month or so.

There's lots of room for parking, no problem there, and pets shouldn't be a problem- the landlord never comes around anyway.
 
Not sure yet whether I'll be moving after the summer, but I'm planning on keeping the house at least through September, and possibly through January. It's on a monthly lease which is nice.
 
Hmm, I might be interested, depending on whether or not I want to stay on the beach for the summer or do an early move to Portland. I wouldn't be moving until mid-June, but I have a friend who might be interested. How many people do you live with now? That's damn cheap rent.
