Looking for a wider, preferably rockered park ski!

So I'm about 5'5, 130 lbs, and live on the east coast. I basically ski park all the time, but want to ski some more trees and powder this season. In the park I'd say I split my time 70% rails 30% jumps. I'm looking for a wider, more playful ski, preferably with rocker. I want a ski that will perform well in the park and on other parts of the mountain as well. The easier to butter the better. I rode 169 k2 domains last season and really liked them but I thought they were a little heavy and they're pretty beat now. Price is an issue, but I'm willing to drop some more money if the skis seem to be the ones. I've been looking at the Rossi Scimitars and like what I see (especially for the price) but would the 171's be to big? If anyone has had experience with them tell me how you like them. Some other skis I've also had in mind are K2 Recoils (not sure whether to go 164 or 169), Coreupt Bangers (again 164 seems small but 174 seems to big), Line Blends, Armada ARVs, Armada Halos, On3p Filthy Riches, and maybe even Domains again. I was also wondering if the Halos and Filthy Riches would be to big at 171. I'll look into any skis not listed that seem to fit what I want. All input and wisdom is appreciated so K+ for help. Thanks!

personally i wouldnt have skied anything over a 165 when i was 5'5, the 169's probaly felt heavy cuz they were way over your head

If you got a budget in mind I say pull the trigger on the 171 Scimitars. Im assuming these are the ones your looking at.http://www.evo.com/outlet/skis/rossignol-scimitar-2012.aspx

The 171 one will maybe feel a little big at first but if your still growing so it will last you awhile longer instead of going smaller.

Keep in mind that it's a full-u rocker so you'll be able to ride it fine. It work great for all mountain and still slay the park.

Could you find another better performing ski. Yes. But not one thats this good at this price.

And to help easy the worries saw this. Double reviewed by the Guys at Blister.

volkl kink, volkl step and chronic are three solid options. all rockered in the tip and tail. the step is a little narrower than the kink and a lot softer.

Don't go any smaller than 171 or you'll regret it later. I'm 5' 7" and 150lb and ride 178 Moment rockers for park and 184 Surface New lifes for pow. It took a little bit to get use to the length but I wouldn't want anything smaller now. With the rocker they ski shorter on hardpack so with a longer than normal ski it keeps it a lot more stable.

the truth is that you 169 k2s will actually be the same size as the scimitars, because rossi runs a little short and k2 runs long. i think the scimitars are alot lighter as well.

yea i would say your completely fine in the 171 zone im 5'2'' and a 100 pounds my ar7s are 166. I mean i like big skis but youll be fine with 171s

thanks for the suggestions. if the scimitars have rocker with no camber they'll ski shorter right?
