Ive got an extra room in our house in Sandy. I'd be 300 a month then split utilities with us. So far its been about 40 bucks each with 4 of us so around 330 in total.

I am looking for a place with kids who shred at least 2-3 days a week, like elevating themselves on the hill and in the crib as well, don't defecate in doors and generally some chill as bro's to live with
