Looking for a room in Hood River

Hey, I'm moving to Hood River permanently and I am having a hard time finding a place to live down there. I've tried Craigslist and Gorge.net Classifieds. I really want to like in Hood River proper. Let me know if you cats know of anything out there.

I just moved here for kiteboarding (and skiing in the winter) and had a pretty shitty time finding a place as well. I ended up moving to white salmon, right across the bridge. It's a little cheaper and a little cleaner imo, if you are trying to expand your search a bit.

I was told that it gets easier to find a place after summer when the tourist season ends (like sept 1st) if you can wait that long

when is your time frame for moving? it gets a lot easier end of september-october. I've had to do it the past 3 years.
