Looking for a place to crash in Killington VT

Im heading to Killington tomorrow night or Friday morning for a couple days of shredding and was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a floor to crash on? 'case of beer included!

I wanted to check out that hotel there across from pico. It's for sale for 149k. Not sure the condition. Would be cool to turn it into a hostel/hotel and would probably do alright business in the winter. That said I don't want to run it or have anything to do with it.
