i'm looking to do the same with one of my friends as well...hoping to find something under $800 a month....when were you guys planning on moving out there?

I was looking to move out around mid december when I am done with my semester. It would be dope to have a condo full of skiers or something but I'm pretty sure it's hard to rent a condo for just the winter.

just searching ksl.com quickly i found a few condos with 6 month leases that would be pretty affordable if split 4 ways...and they look dope as hell and are right in PC

$340 a month to live right in PC doesn't seem too shabby....there are a few other good ones too but i'm gonna keep searching

Damn. This is ridiculeous. Did you contact the person? I'd be down to contact them right now. 340 for that place is damn ballin. It's most likely more expensive during the winter tough. And you probably can't reserve it before winter or something. It's almost too good to be true, but still that's so tight.

i haven't contacted them yet but that place really is perfect...it's right on the bus rout, all of the appliances and furniture come with the place including the plasma tv...all for $340 a person if 4 were to live there...fuck i wanna move there now!

340 a person for 4 people? you will be able to find an equally nice of place in the town of pc if you wait it out another month or 2.

thats a realy good deal...typicaly you dont find a spot in pc for less than 500...a little more the closer to town you are at...there are deals out there I found a year round rental for 600 on woodside just above main. Deals are out there just keep hunting.
