so this year i had a lot of falls that impacted my head so im looking for a good helmet

i also dont know what size to go with for certain companies

i wear a large poc helmet and its a bit big

i was looking at sweet protection but i would have to order ofline which is kinda sketch cause i wouldnt be able to try it on
