Look Spx 15 and Pivot 15

So, I ordered a pair of spx 15s because they were on a very good deal. I failed to get the correct afd for my boots, Grip Walk A. I have the correct afd for a pivot 15 thanks to the cast touring system I had previously purchased. The toe piece looks identical between the spx and the pivot so I should be able to just swap them out right?

Okay, late night anxiety is kicking in and I realize I made a bad purchase but may still be fixable. I have the Rockerrace variety of spx, which only has an 80mm brake. According to a post on another forum, that is the largest brake available for this variety BUT through swapping individual parts of the brake assembly with the standard spx, it can work. Looks like I have a puzzle on my hands and may be mounting these Frankensteins myself if a shop won’t touch em with this many mods done. I’ll have afds and brakes that were never sold for this specific binding.

I've only ever mounted RockerRace SPXs on raceplates. I doubt any shop has a jig for the RR heel hole pattern since its different to the regular SPX and raceplates already have holes, so theres never a need to drill the tighter RR hole pattern.

Okay, that job is beyond my ability. I don’t have a drill press or a vice. Going to see if I can just return these or resell. Goofed big time on these.
