Look px 12 din

my old bindings solomon s812 were set at 8 din and came out almost too easily but my new bindings look px12s are set at 8 also but wont come out at all. i took a pretty hard fall and they didnt come out and i fucked my knee up. Any other people noticing the same thing about the new looks?
 
solomons seem to come out easier for me than my looks, i have 912ti and p12 jibs. usually its the looks that are more reliable so i would say turn the din down
 
my rossi axial 100's (look p10's) are mounted with a DIN of 6. I'm 5'11" 165 and yeah I ride them with a DIN of 6. Never had a problem once. Definitely turn the DIN down. Salomons release easier but are less predictable than the looks. Once you get the right DIN, you'll be cool. Just a suggestion.. maybe drop them down to 6.5???
