Look Pivot Heel Bindings

So I've seen bindings like these around. Old Look pivot-heels. Are they really that great? I saw two pairs of skis at a yard sale mounted with Look HP99s, and they are barely used.
 
I've never heard of those. All the turntable bindings are pretty legit though.

fks 120/155/185 p12/15/18 and the tt08 and tt09 (older, but still good. I have a pair) are all good to go.
 
I'll put them on an older pair and try em out, I'm kinda worried about the toe-piece, but we'll see. $5 a pop, definitely worth it. Except the shop won't get anywhere near them, so I'll have to chop the skis they came on, use that as a jig and mount em myself.
 
I've had 2 pairs (p12 and p14). I always thought they were overrated and heavy. But I certainly didn't get any knee injuries so they defiantly did their job.
 
Not true.

The FKS series has the full 360 degree turntable (the binding rotates all the way around)

The P series Only rotates a certain amount.

yep. i have some P12's that are the exact same as FKS 120's. only they are blue instead of black or gold.

to the guy who said they're heavy. go ride a PX for a day and then go ride an FKS for a day. you tell me. haha
 
is the PX12 and the FKS / P series toe piece the exact same? i was wondering because say toe piece was cracked or something on fks i wanted to use my px12 toe piece is that fine?
