Look pivot 12&15 mounting holes

Hi, I was just wondering that do all pivot bindings share the same drill pattern? I have a pair of pivot 12s and 15s, so can i switch them without any issues eventhough the 12s have that plastic toe piece while the 15s have metallic toe piece?
