if you're looking for a flex board you should get a fiber flex, they are made by G&S there great boards and fun as fuck.
If you are looking for something in between flex in and stiff look at Rayne I ride a wayne right now and I love it, by far the best board i have ever owned. they are on the expensive end though.
If You are looking for a board with no flex get a Landyachtz I have owned many landyachtz they are very nice construction and extremely fun to ride.
As far as trucks go a good beginer truck are randall 180
and ABEC big zigs are good wheels to start with
all you need are reds for bearing unless you are going to be bombing hills at over 40
