Long skis in the park

I'm 6'2 and looking for park skis. So I've ridden 189 wets before, they felt pretty good but just too jibby for what I like to do. I want something similar to a K2 Reckoner 102 but longer and more durable. Came across the Revolt 104 for a good price. Thinking about getting it in 188. Is 188 gonna be too long for a ski like this to use in the park at my height? Or should I just stick to the poachers that I'm considering selling.

Let me know, I'm all over the place

I think that would be a fine length for you. They’re pretty soft and easy to ski from what I’ve heard.

Im same height and rode 184 poachers last year. This year im on 191 Jeffs and I absolutely love them. If you like doing lots of swaps go a little shorter but if you have the control and good fundamentals you can make it work although 188 is probs gonna feel a lot snappier. The length of your park ski fully depends on your trick choice tho

If you like wets why not go keys or pluses? jeffereys could work too but might ski a bit wonkey at center

Vishnu key might be a little more ur style. Quite a bit more stiff than wets but still playful. I have some 189 keys used in great condition if ur interested

I didn’t iterate that I had plus’s. Don’t want to ski V’s anymore, just not for me

Should be good on the revolt 188. I am 5' 10 190lbs and am on the 180. I don't ski park much anymore and I wish I had gone with the 188 for all mountain use

Gotcha, yeah finding skis suck when you tall. Vishnu is really the only brand making park skis tall. Faction and armada used to but stopped for no reason.

I just got a pair last weekend and mounted them up. They have some early rise at the tip and tail but weird/ deceiving contact points. A good detune helps and I’ve been having a blast on them; handling the spring slush beautifully. Very solid but enough flex in the tip and tail to make playful. I’m 6’4 and they feel like the perfect length.

would you say they'd fit me at 6'2ish as well?

I thought they were great but then my edge separated from the sidewall after 2 weeks. Went back to my clapped keys and remembered how much better they are than the revolt 104 as a park ski.

I think so, if your comfortable with a little bit longer ski. If you ever hold up a pair of 181 next to an 84 or 88 it’s such a small difference
