Long Poles are retarded

I recently watched an edit where this guy was throwing down pretty hard but the edit was ruined by one thing, his poles were up to his tits and couldnt control his arms at the same time...my solution was to find this individual and cut off his arms because of the amount he pissed me off.

I just thought of something..

Is there any videos of a double arm amputee skiing park? I bet that would be the steeziest edit ever!

Fuck of, they obviously serve a purpose, but if you ski park the poles "should" be AROUND waist height. If they are any longer they're generally in the way.

He's not hating on poles, he's hating on poles scratching the skiers nipples.

And you're probably butthurt because your mom won't buy you poles shorter than your bitchtits.

tell me that after you get stuck with you poles on the skis when your pulling something with spin or landing and hitting your poles in the snow and get a gash in your chin.

for small kickers, obviously poles are very expandable. but i always liked longer poles (belly button) when hitting bigger jumps like over 65 or so. maybe more mental than anything but it kind of helped balancewise.

i have very short poles now but more because i am too lazy to get other ones and i find it hilarious how other people respond to them

i seriously doubt that the guy OP is referring to has nipple high poles and OP comes off as a retarded fashion bitch. if someone wants longer poles, or no poles at all, let them fucking have it.

Skiers in the park with long poles never have any steez, to much arm waving. Outside of the park longer poles are better for form though

almost by definition there is less arm waving with longer poles as they stabilize the motion and also have a higher weight. it might be more visible and a fad to call long poles gay but nothing objective

I have two sets of poles, my super small park poles and my normal (mid stomach) length poles for per say out west skiing, powder, racing, literally whenever I'm not park skiing.

They actually serve a purpose, and if you're saying long poles in general are retarded (and not just in the park) then you need to be hit in the face and go take a lesson or four and learn how to actually ski.

All hail the supreme park knowledge god! Bow before him! He throws pencil 3s so hard his GoPro can't even keep up!

This is an extremely rare occasion, when something is in NSG and should totally be in SKI GABBER... Usually it's the other way around

it's much harder to flail around on groomers in the backseat while grabbing my dick if i ski with poles, so generally i don't or i use my custom cut 6" long ones

I know, but this guy had these tit high poles for park which looked retarded but then when out and skied some powder and they looked normal and he shredded hard. Long poles out of park are good.

Poles are there for a reason. Not to hang 2 inches above the ground like christmas ornaments. One of the guys in this edit has pretty long poles and I think it still looks good, but to each his own.

Oh yeah.

I love a park skier who can make long poles look stylish, "push to shove" has to be within my top 5 favorite edits from this season. Powder baskets on the other hand.. they will always look gaper inside the park, to me.

no poles or else

My poles actually got stolen so I was forced to ski no poles for a bit but then I got some free ones from a lifty. If you can't control your arms with no poles you look kind of like a dinosaur.

For moguls shorter poles generally allow for quick pole plants and get in the way less.

The no poles part is definitely retarded though, even people like Henrik and B-Dog flail a bit when they are skiing long bump fields without poles.

That's actually really sick. If he ever got into park, I bet his style would be insane. I'm not even trying to be an asshole, but he wouldn't have to worry about flailing his arms around at all, every rail would would just look unbelievably smooth. It would be like he was permanently stuck in the afterbang position.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with that. Shorter poles won't allow you to plant your pole unless you lean forward an uncomfortable amount. I've done the whole short poles thing and it wasn't for me.

There are some people that can pull off longer poles because they have good control of their arms and they have mad style but those poles werent as long as this other guys edit
