Long boards

i am looking for a long board that is not too expensive and good for just cursing around. I will do some hills but they aren't very big.

cursing aye? I don't know about cursing on longboards but for crusing i would recomend any board really. I have a apex 37 from original skateboards and love it. It is 200 (i know a bit much) but it is an amazing board that is great for progressing. Stay away from sector 9 because they aren't great quality and mine lasted me 6 months. Then i got my apex and i LOVE it. I took it everywhere from the dingle mountains in Ireand to cape cod and it performs amazingly everywhere.

well to give you a better suggestion what do you exactly want to do with your board? do you want a stiff or a flexy board? how big of a board? as for wheels do you want really grippy wheels or harder ones that you can eventually use to slide? Also what's your height and weight?

i know NS will hate me for this but ifyou want a cheap board for just "cruising" around, just get a sector 9. they're cheap and if you don't board much they're a good option if you dont' understand why people throw down $2-300 just on a skateboard, which sounds like you. personally, I love my Loaded board though.

i will only use it to get to close places like to the pool or something. small board, but not one of those mini things. slide weels. i am 5' 4" and 110 pounds

amen, sector 9s work fine for cruisingi got a sector 9 for my first board, and it was fine
