So I just found this.

It's a call to action against Catalyst Design/Brand New Clothing of Burlington VT.

We have opted to never do work with them because of the horror stories we have heard, seems like it was a wise call given it looks like those stories are true.

Interested to see if anyone here has used them.

I know NS has a deal with them, not gonna knock that at all, anything that will make NS some $$ is a positive thing from my perspective.

 
if NS has a deal with them, then you shouldnt be knocking them off at all. its in the rules and agreements thing.
 
If you read, nothing about what we posted is knocking them.

Simply asking if anyone has had issues with them, and pointing out that someone is taking action against them.
 
they did a good job on the jerseys for battle for burlington, and other shirts that we ordered for smc
 
yeh they use the same press that my buddy has in his basement. There quality isn't what they are having a lawsuit filed against them for.

It's the business ethics. Someone PM'd me saying they are getting involved in it because they had a massive order that there where told was held up by customs, so they called customs, no such order had ever been held up and they went even further to say, unless we had suspicion of drugs we would not hold up a garment order in customs. Literally hundreds of thousands get put through day.
