Lodging near MT snow

There's a few small motels in the area that can't be too expensive..call up 411 or whatever

Hmm...cause I just went there yesterday....there were a bunch of ratty old motels on VT 100.

Yeah, that could work..I'd definitely try calling 411 or the operator (do they still exist?) and ask for motels in the area.

Give some of those a call. Obviously, the Best Westerns and Sheratons are going to be expensive, but they're all worth a shot.

snow lake lodge is pretty cheap, i think you can get a room/pass deal too.

Just hit up the lodging deals on Mount Snow's website and then use the drop box to sort by price "lowest to highest" theres a couple for $50 a night.

try horizon inn, molly stark motel (although it looks creepy as fuck), snow lake lodge....the names of the others arent coming to me right now. when are you going up?

Molly stark is not a good place to stay. Viking motel is not a good place to stay. Snow lake lodge is the sickest place to stay, but I don't know if it's cheap or not.

I actually like the VIking, it is cheap, the people who run it are pretty cool. The only draw back is that it is 10 mins or so from Mount Snow. I am actually staying there for the Tour.

Man that place is gross and very cold, like 50 degrees and there are no thermostats obviously. I'd rather sleep in my car any day.

My best advice would be to go up there frequently and make some fiends. There are a lot of chill rippers up there, and West Dover/Wilmington/Wardsboro have a good community vibe. Go to some bars, meet some people on the hill and soon enough you'll have a billion friends and all sorts of floors to sleep on

Yeah it's not so much that, because all of the little hotels near MTSnow are going to be a little raggy. It's more the fact that I had to wear 2 sweatshirts and my long underwear when I went to sleep in the frigid room with paper thin blankets.
