LJ Strenio Good Enough?

Do you guys think LJ is good enough to compete in big competitions like the X-Games?

I think he is, he can pull dub 12's and can ride rails just as good as other X-Games competitors.

What do you think?

The ability to put out good edits isn't linked to being a good competitor, as we've seen from that huge kink elbow donkey dick wank rail in the grand bizarre he's got determination to try crazy stuff again and again.

He is, but he has always gotten injured at the wrong times and isn't able to compete to qualify for things like the XGames. He also has been filming a lot more and doing a lot of backcountry skiing, so it seems like he just has other priorities besides skiing in comps to get a bunch of worthless points in the FIS league or whatever that shit is. He ain't Walter Wood and thank god for that

forward left, forward right, sw left, sw right... what are the other 4? I've been missing out on an entire dimension of dub corks.

of course hes good enough, he has the same amount of skill and competitive nature as the rest of the athletes. but why doesn't he then?

Thanks for the ego rub! ha. I competed in Dew Tour up until my injury

2 seasons ago. After that, with the way the AFP rankings work it's been tough to get back into those top qualifying spots when you've got to spend the majority of your season paying to compete in lots of smaller contests which I haven't really done, to work your way back up, not to mention that the guys getting last at Xgames are getting way more points still anyway. The season before that I

missed the North Face Open X-games spot (which is an awesome idea)

getting second to C-Lo who absolutely

slayed that year by only a point or two . I feel like I haven't put out a full well rounded

segment since before I hurt myself though so I'm looking forward to trying to

do that but I've also been talking to the US coach about getting an

alternate spot at some of the later grand prix so maybe i'll get to do some competing after all. Ether way, it's all so damn fun anyway.

anyone have a link to him doing a right side rub? don't remember him doing one but don't doubt it. always been a big fan of Lj

yeah Lj is a bit of a beast...both way dubs, literally any rail combo you could think of and some you can't....rails to riches is his personal ATM haha

google: looped green picnic table

"Currently on view on the roof of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art in Wisconsin, ‘Picnic[/i]‘ is a new functional sculpture by arist Michael Beitz (previously here and here). The roller coaster meets picnic table is made out of plywood and took the artist nearly a year to build using a special jig the artist says was reminiscent of a medieval torture device. Beitz is known for transforming pieces of wood furniture like sofas, chairs, and tables into twisting and undulating sculptures, many more of which you can see on his website. All photos courtesy Michael Beitz."

Of course he is, LJ is definetely one of my favorite skiers, his style is sick and his technical tricks are ridiculous

As opposed to regular urban, which is highly encouraged by all members of public and law enforcement agencies.

I looked through the guy's portfolio and he has a lot of conceptual stuff and lives on the east coast. I would not be surprised if he could be convinced to let a professional skier hit it because the video it would produce would be a conceptual realization of his work.

You literally have no idea what you're talking about. That looping picnic table is a piece of art on display at a museum its not just sitting on the side of the road in a public area, i swear to god you open your mouth without even thinking.

No, the person with no idea what they're talking about would be you. You need to realize, after how many occasions this has happened on, that I'm being sarcastic. I'm aware it's on a completely different scale.

LJ does what he wants and loves doing it. Some skiers just dont like competing, especially in the big mainstream events such as X Games. He loves to shred and film with his friends. I mean HOT LAPS or compete in event where someone rates you on what THEY think is best. FUCK THAT...hot laps all day!

and to add to that competing in x games requires a fuck ton of training. Thats a lot of time out of having fun with your crew. i would much rather ball out with my boys then be stuck training my life away.
