If you have to ask, you can't afford it.
Rentals are either $1000+ or some big compromise. Just not worth it to find unless you have friends here bringing you into a house or at least finding a spot for you. A livable vehicle is ideal. Stealth camping in town is okay but I won't post about the good spots publicly. For free car camping, Curtis canyon and shadow mountain are the two closest big open campgrounds.
Lived here over 6 years, and if I do stay this summer it will be in my camper, not a rental
