Live life.... please RIP Stu

Today has been a bag of mixed emotions. I learned at about 5PM that one of my best friends from college on the ski team died the night before. At first I didn't even know what to say I was just so shocked. Tomorrow the team is all getting together to remember him. He was 21 and one week away from summer and just taken like that. One of the best guys I will ever know, always a smile always the guy to be like "eh things aren't that bad" just keep you real and remind you of what really matters.

After reflecting for a while I started to think, I need to have this event change me for the better somehow. I think the best way to keep him with me is to constantly remind myself of the difference he made in my life and to try to be a bit more like him and just have fun with things. I think if I can learn from him and make his life change mine for the better that is the most powerful thing that you can do.

So please, everyone try to take a break from your daily routine and just think of what matters to you the most and to do it cuz you might not have that chance later on. Drop all the petty bullshit and complaining and just try to have fun.

RIP Stu you will be missed forever but were one of the greatest people I knew, so thank you for that.
