Josh here ... it's been pretty busy in Line world recently and what better thing to do then to have a Q&A with our favorite people in the world!

Bring on the questions now and we'll see you Friday and try our best to answer to the fullest extent we can. After that the NS staff will edit this whole debacle up into a story in the coming weeks.

Also!

Ask questions pointed at ANYONE in Line world. We're going to try to get a ton more to add to the conversation. I'm talking other athletes, engineers & product people, sales dudes, marketing people, ect... YOU HAVE OUR EARS!

thanks and see you Friday - jm

Tom: I know you kind of explained why you decided to go with Line on one of your latest Instagram pictures but how easy was the decision in reality? How much pressure were you getting from other companies to sign to their team?

Derek the Dawg is the 3rd thing you list on our Line profile for what you love most. What kind of dog is he? How cool is he? Is he cooler than Mr.Bishop? Will we ever see Derek shredding pow like he shreds wakes with you in the summer?

The big question here: Traveling Circus? Are you going to be joining the gang this year on their shenanigans? Will there be a Style Coach 2.0? Can you handle Andy's BO due to lack of deodorant usage? Chicken wings or pizza?

Josh: Just want to say congrats again on signing Tom! It's going to be a fun winter and I think I speak for most to say that we are stoked to see Tom on Line!

What kind of opportunities will there be for Tom to ride with other Line teammates like some of the LTC crew, or some of the more pow oriented guys like Eric Pollard or Andrew Whiteford?

Will he steer more towards filming or will he keep competing? Also, can you ski pow with Pollard?

Tom: what influenced your decision the most for:

A: leaving scott (without disclosing too much secret info)

B: choosing line over other companies

C: joining Saga

josh: congratz on adding a legend to the already stacked team!

PS: do you remember this? you and max took this pic with me at coc 2 years ago haha.

wait what the fuck... i thought that was rumor tom actually joined saga???!! i dont kno wabout him but no offence to saga but i would rather be with TNF they have way more tech stuff also.

wait are yyou asking that as a joke cause it was a rumor or is he actually joining saga like wtf.... pls someone help me

anyways this question is for tom

Q: do you think you will get the opportunity in beetween comps to do a episode or two with the LTC crew? and if so do you think you would let andy teach you some hippy killers and alien grinds cause i honestly think that if you did that in a comp everyone would be happy and the judges would go crazy

Tom, your profile on LINE claims that you are 27 years old,

However, it is common knowledge that you were only able to grow a beard only very recently.

How did you overcome this setback in your recent partnership with LINE?

We deserve answers

idiot

Tom, are you filming with Level 1 this year? I'd love to see a banger full segment from you just like in Refresh or Eye Trip.

Can you speak to us about your transition from a mostly edit and film based athlete into a competition ninja?

Also, what will be the future balance between contests and filming?

Tom: I know you mentioned riding on Chronics, what does the rest of your season's quiver look like?

Tom: What are you looking forward to doing the most with the Line team? Will you end up making any cameos in any future Line Traveling Circus episodes, or is this a myth that is circulating around Newschoolers?

Will & Andy: How big was the transition for you guys from skiing in Western New York to traveling across North America and other parts of the northern hemisphere?

Andy: What sparked the idea for the Tell A Friend Tour in the beginning?

Shane: Standard Definition or HD, which do you think is the best in your opinion?

Eric: Any big plans for Nimbus this year?

Josh and Dan: What kind of titanium balls do you guys have? Tom Wallisch seemed like a name that, with all due respect, would be claimed by a more elite, competition-minded brand. What do you think Line brought to the table that other companies couldn't?

TOM: If this was 2012 and you met your 2014 self, would you believe the 2014 Tom when it said you were sponsored by Line Skis in the future? Is there going to be a Tom Wallisch pro model in the near future?

POLLARD: Is there going to be an On Top of the Hood Pt. 2? I know you guys were up there early summer. It's one of my favorite movies to date.

Will you move away from North Face since you changed most of your partnerships? what about Full Tilt? Who will you film with this year for your movie and or segment?

Are going to come to Tahoe this year?

thanks

marcus

Tom: I can't believe you're pro, I'm so much better than you.

But really, what was the best and worst part of being a part of scott, and what do you look forward to the most in your new signing with line?

Also, in a style based sport, how does your receding hairline affect you and when will you be announcing your hair restoration sponsor?

TOM: Do you think with the future spin ski under your feet, you will be able to throw down a 2340, or a 2700? If so, will this ski be granting you the ability to travel to the future?

TC Crew: You guys going to make it out to Tahoe at all this year? I am an aspiring cross country van driving/skier, you have any tips or tricks? Also try and make a trip north up to Montana, ski Big Sky and Moonlight Basin.

Garrett: With Tahoe being your new home, which mountain do you prefer? Boreal, Alpine Meadows, Squaw, or Northstar? (Assuming you ride North Lake mostly)

Amazing!

Pollard: Are there plans to bring back the Nimbus video format from the beginning? I love everything that you guys put out, but there's something about creating an all-encompassing piece that seems to have so much more heart than individual web features. I've watched Contrast, Hunting Yeti, and Idea so many times, I'd love to see a feature like that return.

Has the future spin actually been your pro model all along? Did you spin into 2014 two years ago and have just been waiting for time to catch up with you to announce your Line sponsorship?

Tom: How heavily are you working towards developing new skis with line? Can you tell us how future chronics will be different than the current ones?

Tom: There was recently a thread on NS that attributed certain tricks to certain skiers. If you could describe your style of skiing in one trick, what would it be?

Andy: Any new wizard tricks in the making right now?

Will: How many switch-ups do you think you could do on any given rail?

Eric: What are your favorite shredding spots in Japan?

Tom: Are you still going to do major comps? That would be sick because you would be the only one or one of the only ones with Line skis

Hey Tom: Will you be doing any filming with the TC crew? or would you consider starting a web show of your own?

Tom: What flex tongue do you use and how tight do you buckle your boot? like really tight or loose, also do you do the strap first of last, and how tight? Thanks, smash it this season!

You tighten all the buckles as much as you comfortably can. This is essential to being a good skier........

Tom: what are your plans for filming this year? are you gonna do another solo project or will you go back to level 1 or another company?

Dan: How often are you and the OTHER Dan Brown confused for each other on this site?

Tom: After skiing a season with an injured knee, what are some things you're looking forward to doing that you couldn't last season?
