go to photoshop or somewhere, and make a GIF image that is 50x50 pixels, and less than 2k in size, then upload it in the TOOLS>Misc Tools> Edit your picture section

or you can just go to the misc tools section, then the edit your picture section, and save one of the pre-made ones to your computer, then upload it with the uploading dealy thats there.
