Just started this out, i know the production game is off, but just tell me what you think. Improvements, whether or not you liked it etc.
 
Out of all the recent threads about people with their own music/friends music, this is by far the best I would say. Im not saying youre the greatest thing ever but are deff not terrible. I was impressed.
 
thanks man, that was the first track i ever recorded so im sure ill get better over time. Thank you for your honestly though man. I'll be puttin more up soon!
 
sounds like youre on a chair, sitting in the room next to the room with the microphone.. bored as fuck

lyrics + beat = dope

try to be more, more into the entire thing, you know? More eager!

Sounds good man!

I liked the beat but the effect(s) you used on your voice maybe not so much. I know it was subtle but it didnt really match the rest of the beat seeing as it was the only aspect of the song with that bit of reverb or whatever it was.

Other than the sad / mad / bad rhyme you used around 1:00, the lyrics and flow were tight.

Im no rapper or critic by any means but I have done a decent amount of recording with MIDI and VST effects and the works so I can see where you are coming from. Other than the two things I mentioned above, it was sick. And even those points are just me being picky.

but i did kind of like the raw feel to it.

beat was dope, and pretty chill. and your voice isnt a wanna be eminem. good job.
 
haa thanks guys, i just be me! but the whole reason it sound weird is cause that effect, im gonna reupload it tomorrow with my normal voice. My own voice just sounds weird to me, but i guess ill have to live with it.
 
Yeah it was pretty good. I guess go a bit closer to the mic or something, someone else said be more into it, I dunno if that's really the issue but it sort of sounds like it.

Other than that it was pretty good, the beat and whatnot was sweet.
