Lisa Zimmermann vs Phil Casabon

this is a valid point. I have never seen Casabon do a more technical trick. It may be time to accept the fact that Phil Casabon lacks both the physical ability and in-air awareness to pull off a trick of this caliber. If we haven't seen it yet, I doubt we ever will

not what i said at all idiot. I said just because you can dub dosnt make you good. Not that doing dubs makes you bad. there a plenty of kids who can huck dubs and not even do all 4 5's.
 
Did you not see the video of him clearly doing a switch dub rodeo 9 and 10 its from the Relentless freeze comp earlier this year

to be honest thats dope that a girl just did a dub cork 1260, it was technical and dope for a girl, but there was zero style in it and it was hucked kinda. i would much rather watch bdog do a super stylish cork 7 stalfish all day then watch the sketchy dub cork. over all i would rather watch bdog because skiing is all about style and he has the best style out there kinda ish. i think skiing needs to slow down the progress of flips and get super stylish because its so much more fun to watch style instead of technical sketchy ticks. sorry for my terrible spelling im tired.
 
But style is unique to the individual soooo.. technically it had style. And each different persons interpretation of what good style is is unique to the individual soooo.. to some her style is sick too?

Colorado is dry now because it's always dry. It's really tough to ring out a cloth 3 times and expect the same amount of water or even a significant amount compared to the first two.

 
This is stupid. 1 ground breaking huck does not overshadow the countless things that Phil does that nobody else can do while making it look effortless. It's not guy vs. girl. It's not style vs. hucking. It's the fact that here and now Phil is awesome. Lisa will most likely have her day in the near future but making these comparisons....i mean c'mon really?
 
lisa can do a more technical jump. fact. bdog has insane style. fact. both slay obviously but it's not something you can fairly compare. however, i feel lisa's dub is a bit more momentous since it's the first dub cork done by a girl. phil really needs to up his game to stay relevant since everyone's doing insane stylish dubs and he's only been doing singles and just learned dub wobbles.
 
Phil might not be as tech, but he is definitely not lacking in physical ability. The presses and taps and those crazy off axis shit he does all require tons of air awareness and strength
 
so why hasn't he stepped it up or done a legit dub?

style is a bullshit reason seeing how smooth and floaty some skiers dubs are now
