Liner / Boot question.

Hello NS,

I have a Dalbello il moro 08/09 model 27.5 size and i got present from a friend a colab intuition - dalbello liner size 26.5

So my concern is that the boot shell is larger than the liner and the liner is not my size so in order to fit i must remove the footbeds. (I baked them and i used the footbeds for the mold procedure so when i removed them i got extra space)

Does the size difference affect foot safety?

Does the footbeds make a huge difference?

Shall i keep them or sell?

Unfortunately, if you have to take footbeds out of a liner for the boot to work, then something will not be comfortable nor perform well for you.

If you really want to use them you could always see if you can find an intuition liner for cheap. One of my local shops had a sale recently and had last years intuitions for half off in whatever sizes they had left in stock. Now is the time when you can find them reasonably cheap.

In my experience intuitions generally work better than stock liners, and because they stretch so much in the bake process you don't need them to be the exact size of your boot. Mine are a size smaller than my shell but they stretched and expanded into my current boot just fine.
