Gonna hopefully get to see the LINE TC soon. Anyone got anything on like how much their stuff is in person? Can’t find anything anywhere about it

they all dropped by line and got sponsored by jet and are making a street cut filmed entirely on a 1980s vhs news camera

This is a confusing question. Do you mean the show or the new ski? And what stuff are you referencing in regards to cost?

Sorry for the confusion, basically I have no clue what it is, I thought they sold stuff out of the van but I honestly was just looking for info I cant find anything.

They travel and make videos. Basically line funds them to promote line and they have line funding them so they can do whacky stuff and live the ski bum life. It’s a little different now, as they’re older. It used to be way more “ski dirt bag”.

They also do a tell a friend tour and basically they go around getting kids hyped for skiing and having little contests. They may sell stuff from the van but I was under the impression it’s mostly stuff from sponsors that they give away.

There is also a line traveling circus ski that is returning for next year, I believe.

Look up line traveling circus on YouTube if you haven’t before

Awesome thanks. Their tour is coming to my local in a few weeks so I just wanted more info on them

Can’t believe you didn’t know but yeah it’s definitely worth going to that and the crew is dope. When I was in highschool the TAFT (tell a friend tour) was one of the highlights of my winter. Got to meet and ski with a bunch of fun pros and would walk home with a ton of free shit from dope companies and free pizza.

Hoping its one of my highlights this winter too. Our park crew just did their first full build for the season hoping to pop out soon and Im sure they got some crazy ideas for the taft.

for real? i would love a ski like the old tc/anthem.

I still have a pair of 2010 Anthems (essentially the TC ski), if they bring that ski back they need to give it a sintered base, the extruded one was painfully slow.

Stupid fun ski though, like the Invader

Anthems are sick. The Honey Badger/Honey Bee is a really similar shape and construction with a sintered base.

It's a Chronic that comes with two different midfoot widths: 94 and 101. They completely rebuild the Chronics for 23/24 with new sidewalls, new shape and overall improved durability. Can't say anything for sure about the durability since I skied them only a couple of days so far but they feel great overall, very stable and while the 94 is obviously the high performance park ski, the 101 is a very nice more all-mountain orientated model that also works well in the park if you love a ski that is a little bit wider and works pretty much everywhere except deep pow.

In conclusion, you can make the mountain your playground with it. Just kidding, great skies and the graphics look like the van. I think they will be available in February.

Interesting, is the 94 underfoot shape more similar to the old 2014 era Chronic? That was a fun ski!

tbh I didn't ski the old ones, so I can't say that for sure but I don't think this is the case because the shape is a little bit more 'modern' I would say.

Damn that’s crazy. Cool move from Line. How will the 101 waist differ from the Blend tho?

I had the old TC crews and hopefully the new ones aren’t built the same. The old construction was just not it. Me and 3 friends broke all of ours by January of that season after buying them in November…

It still skis like the 95, just wider. Chronic and blend feel very different

Line Traveling Circus is just an online ski video series. They are a group of skiers who travel in a yellow van and ski. They dont sell anything out of the van. Andy Parry, a pro skier for Line and one of the original TC guys, does a tour called the Tell A Friend Tour (TAFT). He travels the East Coast and visits smaller mountains to provide a chance for East Coasters to meet and ski with pros as well as being able to give away sponsors products and promote the traveling circus. Watch the youtube videos.

No worries, thanks for the info, will keep an eye out for them when they drop

i mean it's a good idea. do they sometimes sell merchandise straight from the van? it'd be a good way to make a little more money

but yeah regardless go hit it up if you're interested, they're good guys and this is good ski culture shit

also you have a ton of episodes to catch up on if you'd like so that's sick
