Hey, guys... I'm just looking for a little more info on the SFB's. I've read a number of reviews and they all seem to be very positive. I'm just interested in hearing how you use them. Do you use them as your everyday all mountain ski or are they more of a specialty ski? Thanks in advance for your advice.

I've just bought a pair but not ridden them yet.

Seemed right for me as an all mountain ski that I can mess about with when there's no big dumps.

Lots of people advised lots of different skis. I chose them because they are light and relatively stiff so figure they'll tick a lot of boxes.

Everyone I have spoken to that rides them loves them.

I loved everything about mine until I snapped them on a 25ft cliff. Buy on3ps and have your pow ski for 7 years not 7 months

Hi guys I have a pair of 172s with Rossi FKS14s that i have skied on less than 10 days for sale in case anyone is interested!

My 2011 Bacons are my favourite ski ever. But they have changed the shape twice since then. If they are this year's model with the cloud core they should be an amazing ski for your needs, also heard they are a bit stiffer so should even be better for charging groomers

How do the 2011’s compare to the 2014’s to the newest ones?

Pre 2011: Full camber - 115 waist

2011: rocker camber rocker - 115 waist, very playful (awesome ski, my fave)

2012: rocker camber rocker - 108 waist, still playful

2016: rocker camber rocker - 104 waist, stiffer, new cloud core that is super light (never riden but it would be my next all mountain ski when I get the cash)

Full camber for a 115 waist ski! The 2010 SFB dimensions seem awesome, anywhere I could get a pair?

Which SFB would be best for east coast pow days?

I'm sure there are some kicking around, just keep your eye out on ebay and stuff. Depends how heavy/tall you are and if you have another dedicated all mountain/park ski. If you have a dedicated park set up, I'd go wider, if not, try to get away with 104s

If it were me and it was my only set up I would probably try to get away with the new ones because the cloud core sounds dope then maybe size up to a longer ski to help you float. But I'm only 150 lbs. Any heavier I would go with 108's in your normal size.
