LINE PROPHETS & ELIZABETH DELIVERY

We now expect delivery of the Prophets and Elizabeth to be approx. Dec 15th. I realize this is not what you wanted to hear but I'd rather you know the facts straight from Line. With many of you waiting since fall, we really appreciate your patience and can only reinforce that these skis are well worth the extra wait. Most of our other models are now in stores but these were being made at the end of production. If you have a pre-order with a shop I strongly suggest you keep it since there is more demand for these skis then actual skis produced and this way you're guaranteed to get yours. Remember, you'll still have them before the season really gets good.

Thanks again for your patience and support,

Jason Levinthal

nice to hear it right from the source...not effect at all to me but it would suck indeed

I can't believe they were all over ebay during the summer for less than 400 bucks and now no one can even find a pair for retail. (both elizabeths 172, 186 and profit 100,130 in 179 and 186) I don't even know if those alternate sizes still exist, I wish I would have bought the whole lot damnit. I had given up when triplestrum outbid me consistantly on anything I was even remotely interested in. That guy is thourogh to say the least.

Hey Guys,

This stuff happens. At least they are still coming in. The same thing is going to happen with other popular skis from K2 and Volkl in particular. These companies are already sold out of PE's, Seth's, Fujative's (this is just in twins), and Mantras in all sizes. Companies are not making as many skis as they used to because they have to just dump them for cheap at the end of the year to clean out the warehouse to make more room. Smart companies find a way to lower cost on the retail of skis, such Line and Jason have done with this years Line up. This means you do not have to wait for closeout because there is not going to be any, and Line and other companies that are now doing this do not have all that overhead that in the long run makes them no money and just takes up space and time. No one was more frustrated with the late production of the Prophets and other than me, but at the same time I do understand that there are many thing involved in moving a manufacturing facility and not everything is going to run smoothly. Please be patient and thank you Jason for being up front with everyone.

Thanks,

Adam
