Line Motherships and Prophet 100s

I'm totally new to the line brand...i've been skiing on ar5's the past two years and think they're great, but am lookin' for something with a little more beef. the mothership is appealing because it isnt nearly as big of a hit to the wallet. any opinions on the mothership and if its worth going for?

Both good skis, depends on what you ride. I think the Moships are a great all-around ski. Air it out, jib, pow, etc. Tuff.

Im pretty sure armadas are skis that have more "beef" than lines. Lines are thin lightweight skis that are still really good but not as "beefy".

Actually bro Every Line ski this year is stiffer than every Armada ski with exception to the ANT which is the only "beefy" ski Armada has ever made. Armada uses sidewalls to help their skis torsionally but they flex Extremely soft. Line hasn't made skis as you mentioned for three years now, they're all burly effing skis.

yeah they are they are just a different flex pattern/shape which makes them feel more directional. Their tale is plenty big but stiffer skis in general don't ski/land switch as well.

prophet 100s have a bigger tail then the elizabeth. its the flex pattern that makes it freeride. the motherships are only the flites so they wont have more beef. prophet 100s

the motherships are well built and are a good all-around ski. Theres an infromational video on the line website if you want the facts.

Yeas they are... go to the Line website, click on Prophet 100 and go to specs, choose the size and look at the Tip& Tail thing. Both are 45 millimeters high.
