Line Miner vs Line Miner Asia Fit

From my understanding, Oakley's Asia Fit models just have an extra layer of padding around the nose. Is this true? I'm confused because I have read that the Asian models are flatter, a different shape, etc. I'm specifically asking about the Line Miner specifically because I'd love the Henrik Harlaut model but I don't want to get them and have them not fit as well as the originals. Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse but all of the threads I've been reading are pre-Line Miner.

Thanks guys and gals.

Asian Fit frames are for faces with shallower nose bridges and higher cheeks, mostly so they don't slide off - you can just go to a store and try some glasses/goggles on to see if they'll work for you. Honestly I haven't noticed a huge difference

If I could find someone with Oakley goggles near Green Bay, WI I would, my local shops don't carry Oakley for some reason. I understand that that's what they are meant for but I am curious as to how they achieve this. Is it just a little more padding around the nose and a little flatter on the face? I wish Henrik's pro model just came in the regular fit. Oh well.

Do you have a big nose? if not you probably won't be able to tell the difference tbh, and yeah that sounds about right. The line miner's already pretty flat though so I doubt they did much to it.

No, I don't. I might order them and if I don't like the fit I can always return them. Thanks for the advice.

Are you asian? If yes, prob stick with asian fit...im asian, when i tried both of them on, the regular fit leaves a little gap around the nose, but could be eliminated by tightening the strap or move the goggle slightly "lower" on the face. I didnt notice any difference between the two other than the thicker foam around the nose area. But I ended up getting the squad XL asian fit :)
