Are 178 Line Mike Nicks alright for a guy whose 6'3' and 190 lbs?

good length for park skis. if you want pow/all mountain skis you could definitely add an extra 10 cm. the pollards would probably be good for you.

Get the Pollards, the Mike Nicks are just too short for you. Even in the park they will be too short.

pollards are 186, but feel shorter due the the forward stance and high turned up tips. Liberty makes a 186cm park ski too, The Reaper.
