Line mastermind or afterbang

hey i am either going for the line mastermind or afterbang size 177. i had the 155 afterbang last year and it was kind of heavy and stiff. i ski mostly park and about 60% rails 40% jumps. this is my first year of skiing park alot and i am an aggressive skier because i just quit racing. im 5'10 and 150 lbs. i am wondering what ski i should get because the mastermind is alot lighter then the afterbang but the mastermind doesnt have butter zones/carbon ollieband. has anyone skied the new 177 afterbang? are they more flexible then the 155s?what ski is better for learning new tricks and progressing?

I wouldn't choose the mastermind... I just snapped a pair at the tip a few days ago doing a tip stand.

...it was the most embarrasing moment of my life but I wasn't even on both tips. Just one up behind me with some weight on it and it snapped.

My masterminds are super solid and the most fun ski ive ever owned. your skis might have had water in the core making them weaker or just defective cuz my are beat to shit and are still kicking

i have the masterminds and they are amazing for the price, there a intro ski so if your not very talented then these are a def solid choice

i love my afterbangs, you can jump high, spin faster than i expexted, well you must know but i did come of some shitty bigginer park skis so idk, but i like my A-bangs

We have just found the youngest member on Newschoolers. I would go Mastermind. I've not ridden either but my friends have Masterminds and my brother has Afterbangs. The Masterminds have held up much better, but they have not been ridden as hard, and the people i know with Masterminds don't really hit rails or do any jump tricks. So if you had to go with one or the other I would go with the Masterminds.
