Its for my bro, hes a beginner.

5'8 135ish lbs.

he got the 161cm line invaders and i was wondering where he should get them mounted.

the skis are 100% symmetrical, but hes a beginner and was wondering if center mounthing them will screw up being able to carve the whole mountain.

50/50 park and all mountain. im guessing he should go with true center, but i mean thats just my 2 cents.

Straight down the middle is where it's meant to be, so it will perform well there, though you can go up to -2 for all mountain but i'd go back max 1cm...

u've made 10 ski/binding related threads in two weeks. and it's may.
just thought i'd let you know.

but yea center or -1

beginers are goin to suck no matter where its mountedmight as well do the right thing for the ski and go true centre fo sure

If he's learning on Invaders, one of the park skis, then he's gonna end up wanting to ride switch eventually.

Do him a favor a mount them true centre, otherwise he'll have to adjust when he buys his next pair and gets them mounted true centre.

sorry im excited, i thought this was a website where u could ask any questions you want and the people were nice, not that ur hatin , just chill out.

It's true.. To anyone who tells you invaders are soft, they're hard enough to beat your ass. I still have a piece of metal edge lodged in my leg from when I mounted mine at -0.5cm.

You have come to the wrong site douche bag, this is a hate spewing forum, you're not aloud to ask questions, you must searchbar.

This is a site where you can ask questions, but people get tired of answering the same questions endless times. You'll usually always get some sort of hate, but keep it to a minimum by being smart and doing a little work for yourself. If you use the searchbar, there are literally hundreds of threads about invaders. The regular NS users who browse the forums will be seeing the same questions cluttering the forums, and will eventually get pissed off. Your average since you joined up is one thread per day, and if every user was doing that we would have 100,000 threads to sift through every day.

I just had a quick look at the threads you've made, and most of them seem to be repeat questions. Bump up your old threads instead of making new ones.

Anyway, not hating here, just giving you some advice so you don't get hated on too hard. Have fun with your new skis if you can find snow anywhere

There was no hate in my post bro, I was just being informative. You asked a question and I answered it. And it was pretty correct too.

Not true, it's not that much of a difference. Don't make your decision on this. My park skis, my first ones, are mounted pretty damn far back, and I ride switch fine. I have other skis mounted at center, and they're basically the same switch. Thats what the tail tip is for.

As for the spontaneous combustion theory, that's a risk you'll have to take...

it does make a differnce, why would someone center mont if it didnt matter? btw sick video in your sig.
