LINE- does it suck?

ok I may be wrong but its seems like almost every single line ski to date has had basically the same construction, just different widths, lenths. How is this progression if they wont even try new materials and consructions? line has pottential to be a sick co. but they really need to try something different with their skis

 
Yes, I've broken my Lines. I've also broken Volkls and Atomics. Moral? All skis break.... LINE riders just ride their skis harder than anyone else. ;)

i broke a pair of volkls my 5th day on them- it was funny but it sucked ass- i was in the air and when i landed, half of my ski was gone.i ate shit soooooo hard.

all i gotta say is ive been riding skogens (ones with the viking ship) since they first came out and still haven't broke them and i ride all mountian shit all the time along with a heavy dose of park. I've only scratched the bases a bit and have a small delam on the tip, but for 3 years of hard riding on them and there still in good shape i'd say Line is dope ass. Which is the reason i got the new skogens this year and im dying to ride em cuz they will own once again.

like its been said lines are a good ski but are for the park and not the best ski for all mountain

To my LINE seems like a good company. Sure they have ups and downs but what company deosn't?

Its not always the ski, more than not its the skier. I love my Lines. All of them. They all have a different purpose, you cant take the 1260s out in the backcountry and expect them to be as good as the motherships. So that’s why they have 9 different models to choose from. But allot of it is the skier, the problems that people have with all skis is that they aren’t as good as they think. Most Pro riders don’t break allot skis, because they know how to land. They aren’t landing low in the pipe, or on the tails all day like some of the more less experienced skiers out there. And more time than not if your ripping out an edge on a rail your probably not staying flat. But Line as a whole pushes the industry in a good way. Maybe its cause I’m bias since I ride for um, but they will always look out for the little guy, and fight against the major corporations for all of us. Like the slogan says “Because skiing needs a future.”
