Line darksieds

how much twin tip do these skis have? would they be ok as park/rail/urban skis? i just need some beater skis really soon and i can get them for $50 or some 032 mad trix in perfect condition for $100

 
the darkside has hardly any. mavericks have alot more to whoever said that. its hardly twin. get the mad trix. they are much better. from what ive heard, they hold up amazing so you would do well getting them for urban.
 
I would definately get the madtrix, however darksides would still be good for riding groomed runs and park switch. I have the assassins and they are actually really good for going switch. They almost feel the same as my chronics for swich riding. but they have a higher tail than the darksides Im pretty sure.
 
which year darkside has more twin tip? dont say first or seconfd because i dont know when they came out, i just ned to know which year the darkside had the most twin tip.
 
i have darksides its not full tip is like half a normal tip. I wouldnt do any small quick jumps switch with them (waht i was told) But i ski down the hill and stuff switch.
 
there are black darksides and grey darksides. they difference is in construction, which since they are urban, shouldnt matter. BOTH have little to no tip and an astronaut at the bottom.
 
my friend has the darksides... they are more of a carving ski that you could take into the park... there is hardly a tail but u could ride switch and he has hit some jumps and rails switch. so its possible
