Im 5'7/130 and 170cm/60kg. Im trying to decide between these two skis. I ski 95% park, mostly rails and small/medium jumps. Sometimes bigger jumps too. I want soft/playfull/buttery ski that still works well on bigger jumps and faster speed. I heard TC is softer but is the difference big? Could I get chronics softer by flexing them. Like what eg. Max Hill does? :D Lenght suggestions are also welcome (171/178) :D

why did you make a new thread? you could have just posted in the thread you have already made.

Chronics are stiffer, have the same amount of early rise as the chronics, have more camber, shorter sidecut, are lighter, leass swing weight, and have faster bases. The TC's are much softer, have less camber, same ER, heavier, symmetrical, and have slow but strong extruded bases (sintered is just as strong if not stronger when maintained properly, but extruded is stronger right out of the box).

I would go 171 chronic, you could get by just fine on the 178, but they wouldn't be quite as playful and easy to whip around as the 171.
