Just in general why would you ship before receiving payment, isn't this basically protocol? Why not ship the following day?

I didn’t have access to a post office until Monday. I didn’t even think to question it. I’ve found records on his address. Dudes been arrested for all kinds of crazy shit. I’m for sure not getting paid. Raise awareness so everyone knows this piece of shit.
