Lincoln and Sideflips

Howcome no one does side flips. Lincon's aren't really side flips..thier more of a sideways backflip thingie (like a corkscrew on a rollercoaster). Iv never deen someone do a pure sideflip (like a forward traveling cartweel). Whats up with that? Do you just naturally go into the sideroll lincoln thing, or is it intentional?

Dion does side flips in Los Alamos, they are pretty crazy. He goes into a front flip off a backcountry kicker and then grabs mute and when he tweaks it out his body naturally turns sideways in the air. It looks like hes going to land switch for a little while but he pulls it off. I a Pheonix ad it shows him doing the trick and it says 'Sideflip mule grab' who knows the the hell a mule grab is though

 
ummmm... A straight side flip is called a lincoln loop. Its a hard trick to stay perfectly on axis and thats why not many people do them perfectly, but its not two different tricks.

haha I just got backfrom biking.... when I was out I hit a Jump and just b4 my pants got cought on my sprocet and I pulled them up and i Did asort of Barral roll, and landed on my head.

Ok, I know every one's name but no one no's mine.. SO its Darren... lol, I'm drunk.
 
Sideflips are lincolns, but many people get slightly off axis when doing them, I think its stylier.
